Come in and we can write a policy, hand you ID cards, take a payment, change vehicles or drivers, or just look over what you already have. If coming in is inconvenient, we do all of it by phone with electronic signatures and emailed documents.

Questions we get at the Joplin office

Do you write policies for people who live in Kansas or Oklahoma?

Yes. We are licensed in all three states, and being twenty minutes from both lines means we do it constantly. What matters is where the vehicle is garaged and where employees actually work, not which office you walk into.

I commute into Kansas for work. Does that change my auto policy?

It can. Kansas is a no-fault state requiring personal injury protection, which Missouri does not. If your vehicle is garaged in Missouri the policy is written here, but tell us about the commute so the coverage and mileage are right.

Can you handle a contractor whose crews work in all three states?

Yes, and that is worth getting right before a claim. Workers compensation is state by state, so the states where your crews actually work need to be listed on the policy in advance.
