How Insurance Providers collects, uses and protects the information you give us through this website.

Insurance Providers is an independent insurance agency with offices in Joplin, Carthage and Springfield, Missouri, licensed in Missouri, Kansas and Oklahoma. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean Insurance Providers, and "you" means a visitor to www.insproviders.com.
When you complete the quote request form, we collect the information you enter: your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, the type of coverage you are asking about, and anything you write in the notes field. If you call, email or visit an office, we collect whatever you provide in that conversation.
When you submit the form, we record the date and time, your IP address, the page you submitted from, the page you first arrived on, and any campaign parameters in the link you followed (commonly called UTM parameters). This is how we know which advertising and which articles actually generate inquiries.
Our hosting provider records standard server and security information about requests to the site. If we use website analytics, it is configured to measure traffic in aggregate rather than to identify individuals.
This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. It uses your browser's session storage to remember which campaign brought you here, so that information is attached to your inquiry if you submit the form. That data stays in your browser until you close the tab, and it is not shared with advertisers.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing.

Service providers that operate our systems, including our website host and our agency management and sales platform, which are bound to use the information only to provide those services. Others as required by law, including regulators, or in connection with a legal claim.
If you check the consent box on the quote form, you agree that we may contact you by phone, text message or email about insurance, including by automated means, at the number you provide. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply.
You can opt out at any time: reply STOP to a text message, use the unsubscribe link in an email, or tell any of our staff by phone. Opting out of marketing messages does not stop service communications about a policy you hold with us.
We record the date, time, IP address and version of the consent language shown to you when you check that box, so we can show what you agreed to and when.
We keep policy records for as long as the policy is in force, plus at least three years after it terminates. Quote requests that do not become policies are kept for a reasonable period while we follow up and to meet recordkeeping requirements. Some records are held longer where state insurance law or a legal obligation requires it.
Information submitted through this site is transmitted over an encrypted connection and passed directly into our agency systems. We limit access to staff who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to stop contacting you, or ask us to delete information we are not required to retain. Contact us using the details below.
Depending on your state of residence, you may have additional rights regarding your personal information. Missouri, Kansas and Oklahoma do not currently provide the broad consumer data rights that some states do, but we will honor reasonable requests regardless of where you live.
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
This site links to carrier websites for payments, claims and policy service, and to other outside resources. Those sites have their own privacy policies and we are not responsible for their practices.
