Joplin is minutes from the Kansas and Oklahoma lines, so it handles a lot of coverage that crosses them — commuters, and contractors whose crews work in more than one state.
Carthage serves a market full of small trades businesses, family operations and older housing stock, which makes carrier choice matter more than it does on newer homes.
Springfield is our largest market, covering Greene and Christian counties out through Nixa, Ozark and Republic, and where most of our group health work begins.
